Plotter Support

N8-3D Solutions offers HP plotter support and two support plans to meet the needs of clients with mission critical plotting needs. An HP certified technician is on staff to respond to plotter calls and provide regular, ongoing maintenance to keep clients’ plotters running smoothly and prevent “down time”. Response time for all calls will be, at maximum, next business day, unless other arrangements are made. Both maintenance plans include unlimited telephone call support for all plotters covered under the maintenance agreement. Plotter support is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. MST.


Premier Plan
N8-3D Solutions Premier Maintenance includes two onsite customer visits per year by a Certified Hewlett Packard Technician for general cleanings of the covered plotter or in the event of any covered plotter failures. Adjustments, lubrication, and calibrations are covered under the Premier Plan. If the equipment fails within the contractual agreement, any parts and/or labor are covered at no additional costs.

  Pre-requisite- Preventative Maintenance Kit Plus labor (may be     waived)
  Out of boundary (beyond 50-mile radius of N8-3D Solutions) will     be charged travel time at ˝ the cost of the labor rate, depot to     depot.
  $600 -- First plotter.
  $250 -- Each additional plotter at same location.


Standard Plan
The Standard Plan is similar to the Premier Plan with a few variations.

  The customer will have 1 visit for general maintenance per year.
  Pre-requisite- inspection by an N8-3D Solutions Certified Hewlett     Packard Technician certifying the plotter to be in good working     order and free of any necessary repairs.
  Price for parts is not covered, but labor is included in the price.
  No Preventative Maintenance Kit is required.
  Out of boundary charges applies.
  $400 -- First plotter.
  $150 -- Each additional plotter at same location.
