N8-3D Solutions offers onsite technical support on an "as  needed" basis.  Most technical support challenges can be resolved using telephone or collaborative Internet support, but if a client has specific onsite requirements, N8-3D Solutions will make every effort to go to the client site to analyze the situation and offer appropriate solutions.  Onsite technical support is billed on an hourly basis dependent on the complexity of the situation.
