Ken Kaleiwahea’s professional experience includes project management and design development services as well as virtual corporation development and web site design. Ken specializes in project management for architectural projects for N8-3D Solutions.

Ken has a Professional Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ken works one-on-one with clients to determine the scope of work and produce an efficient schedule for all parties involved. In addition to managing general contractors, architects, and engineers, Ken has hands-on experience in producing construction documents using AutoCAD R14.

Ken has over eight years of architectural experience, and his accomplishments include the following:

  Project Manager/Designer for CB Richard Ellis in Phoenix, Arizona; 

  Constructed architectural presentation models for high-profile clients and rendered architectural drawings and 3D perspectives in color pencil while working at Skidmore, Owings & Merrill in Chicago, Illinois; 

  Founded iRay to develop virtual corporations and websites; 

  Configured and supported both IBM and Macintosh computer platforms; 

  LAN network installation and support for 150 workstations; 

  Training and technical support on several software programs; 

  Associate Member of the American Institute of Architects. 

Ken is the lead project architect for N8-3D Solutions. In addition to his responsibilities in managing a variety of client-specific projects, Ken develops web sites for corporations and specializes in improving clients’ virtual presence on the Internet.
