Level 1 -- Entry level draftsperson proficient on base CAD tools such as AutoCAD R13, R14 and 2000 as well as MicroStationSE and MicroStation/J.

Level 2 -- Experienced design/draftsman proficient on basic CAD tools with some discipline-specific experience on software tools corresponding to a particular industry.

Level 3 -- Experienced, senior level, discipline-specific designer proficient on your industry CAD product.
